There is no doubt that the history of machinery is a rich chronicle of human scientific and civilizational progress.
Machinery also forms the foundation of every industry.
Yet due to their enormous size and high material value, many real‑life machines cannot be preserved.
They are gradually disappearing from sight.
It would be a great pity if future generations could only know them from flat photographs.
